Dacasto began in Alba, in the north of Italy, in 1999. Twenty-five years of baking later, Enrico and Laura brought the same recipes and the same patience to Toronto.
What started as a family craft in Piedmont is now a Toronto pasticceria, still handmade and still unhurried.
