THE COFFEE BISCUIT is a fine pastry. Coffee (a 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta blend) is made with mocha and poured directly into the dough with the other ingredients. The result is formidable, the smell and taste of butter that mix with the aroma and flavor of true coffee.
