Dolciaria Dacasto is located in Alba, a historic town in
Piedmont celebrated throughout the world for its production of
fine wines and much sought-after gourmet delicacies. A young,
family-run craft enterprise, Dolciaria Dacasto was inspired by a
passion for the Piedmontese confectionery tradition. Research
into the pastry-making art of the past led to the rediscovery of
recipes and - above-all - techniques which had long been
forgotten. The result is this fine selection of butter pastries,
created working with famous master pastry-chefs, themselves keen
to rediscover these time-honoured methods. The matchless flavour
of these specialities is guaranteed by the use of
